I have to say thank you to Kelah. She did amazing providing me with help and info that UPS Customer support couldn't in trying to locate my missing packages so sweet and patient very professional....

There's almost no way to contact the direct hub I'm assuming intentional.. but also telling me you're putting me on hold to assist me with something and letting the phone hang up after an hour 2!?...
