It's actually pretty organized. The numbers move fast. The window staff were very helpful. You check in at the main kiosk when you walk in. Name changes applications are in the back waiting area...

Other than the speaker boxes needing to be replaced and upgraded I've visited this SSO a few times in the past few months and my experiences have been decent.

Security guards in the waiting area treat people like they are less than human. And nothing is efficient, wasting so much time for everyone involved. Terrible experience

Friendly and helpful staff! The building is very well kept and clean and the process was pretty smooth. Was in and out!
