Located on the southwest corner of Harry Hines Boulevard and Record Crossing, Professional Office Building 2 is connected to Professional Office Building 1. Many faculty members have their practice offices in the nine-story building, which also houses private medical clinics, some academic and administrative offices, and a Walgreens pharmacy.
