HistoryAligned Athletics opened in 2018 in Market Plaza, determined to set a new standard for high-quality fitness and lifestyle services. The studio was created out of a desire to provide more effective, thoughtful, and intelligent Pilates, Yoga, Gyrotonic, and Fascial Stretch Therapy training, all set in a chic yet warm environment. The studio is based on smaller, intimate-sized classes, and is proudly owned by Dani Lieberman.SpecialtiesAligned Athletics is your place to breathe, move, sweat and transform. Our A+ roster of instructors will guide you to increase your strength, flexibility, balance, and functionality through this invaluable system of mindful movement.

SpecialtiesWe keep it friendly at CBD Yoga. All levels are welcome, but we do invite you to challenge yourself while joining practice. CBD is free with class, at least a gummy or two ;)
