Found this spot by the Cistern on a cold morning and was happy to get some warm drinks from here. The guy who was manning the booth was super cool and gave me some great restaurant recommendations.

Great coffee! For the dark brown sugar vanilla latte and it was tasty! The service was great, quick and friendly. The coffee shop is very close to Buffalo bayou park which is easy access to the city.
