Wee The People Child Development Center was started by Elizabeth C. She envisioned the center as a full immersion program of hearing children with their deaf/hard-of-hearing counterparts to enrich language development Bilingual/bicultural is the philosophy she has embodied to ensure both populations are serviced well.

Deaf/Hard-of-hearing children are welcomed Sign Language Literacy and language development
