West Mesquite High School

West Mesquite High School is a public secondary school providing education to students in grades nine through 12.The school is located in Mesquite, Texas, and is a part of the Mesquite Independent School District. It offers courses in English as a second language, foreign languages, mathematics, science, physical education and social studies. It also provides courses in fine arts, business education, health science, technology, family and consumer sciences, and trade and industrial education. It additionally provides the Army Reserve Officer Training Corps program. The school s clubs includes academic decathlon, Latin and science clubs, jazz band and orchestra. Additionally, it offers honors programs in interior designing, child development, hospitality services, computers, marketing, drawing, music, dance, theater, journalism and engineering graphics. The school also offers various athletic options, financial aid and counseling services. It has a library that provides Internet access, and various printed magazines and books.
