Wheatless Wonders

History

We began selling individual-serving sized packages of gluten-free baked goods through the Austin-area coffee shop Cups & Cones (located in Steiner Ranch) in February of 2011. We also sell our bakery goods (by the dozen or more), as well as custom cakes and party trays, direct to consumers through our website.

Specialties

Wheatless Wonders produces moist, delicious gluten-free bakery items -- specifically cupcakes, brownies, muffins, and cookies. Our products are every bit as good as the wheat-based goodies gluten-free diners remember and miss. Many of our products are also dairy free (or can be made that way on request) and our whole grain blueberry muffin is also available as a vegan treat. We also offer custom cakes for special events like birthdays, bridal/baby showers, and holiday celebrations.
