In the car wash the entire system failed to rinse my car. Thus it had soap all over it. When I exited the car wash in my dirty soap filled car I asked an employee "Michael" what the plan was....

Joey was so nice and friendly and even gave me some cleaning tips! My car was full of sap from parking under a tree and he let me sit in line for a second to soak in a pre-treatment!
