Terrible customer service. Woman was rude over the phone and lost a possible customer. I don't trust any establishment that does not treat potential customers with care.

Went in and there weren't many workers. Waited ... bot sure ...10-15 minutes probably. It felt like more. Someone did acknowledge our presence and thanked us for waiting. We needed a re-sizing...
