Haven't been in a Best Buy in years but when my Amazon order was going to take over a week to arrive, we decided to pop in and pick up the product at Best Buy. Service was quick and friendly.

I don't recommend buying/ pre ordering any games from Best Buy they false advertise and state you will get free items and you don't. Try any other game locations you're better off!:)
