Clear Water Distilling is the first legal distillery in Utah County. The company began operations in Pleasant Grove in March 2020, just before the Covid-19 shutdown. The distillery offers hand-crafted spirits, tours, and tastings to familiarize patrons with their flavors and the distilling process. Their motto of Defiantly Different shows in their decor, spirits, and even business operations. Their focus has always been crafting the best spirits from the highest quality ingredients with no questionable additives.
