Got a fair price for my suburban. The engine stopped working and wasn't worth putting more money into it. Needed it gone. So they gave me a ok price and came and got it off my hands. No headache....

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. What is the point of making an appointment if you have to wait 2-3 hours to get a car anyways.
