Great iced lattes with a variety of milks including non-dairy options. Fun atmosphere. Several choices for a lunch sandwich/snack. Great vibe.

Love the vibe, love the coffee, love the food. Don't see a lot of cafes like this. The one downtown is a lot busier than the one by tuacahn but both are good.
