Its products include all-purpose hotel and restaurant, pizza, baker s patent, tortilla, high-gluten, cake, whole-wheat, family, pastry and cookie flours. The company distributes its products from its facilities located in California, Kansas, Montana, Ohio, Oregon, Utah and Quebec, Canada. The company maintains a facility in Ogden, Utah.
