This specific location has some of the worst costumer service and haircuts. I thought it was just my haircut but each time a family member or a friend goes they come back saying the same thing....

Good for a quick, decent cut. They always treat my kids kindly. Prices went up, and stylists complained that it resulted in lower tips.. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to take that as a customer....
