I spent the last 5 years working on my own for a large remodeling company, I spent the last 3 years of that as the lead supervisor/foreman for the company, interacting with all customers in person, and managing all the installers and supervising all the projects. I was able to get licensed and start my own company. We are quickly growing and have lots of resources, our main focus being quality, and customer service.
