Beacon Heights Elementary School
Beacon Heights Elementary School, located in Salt Lake City, offers academic and extracurricular programs to more than 500 students in kindergarten through grade six. The school offers classes in art, music, physical education, language arts, speech, technology, science and social studies. Beacon Heights Elementary School supports various sports activities, including softball, track and field, football and baseball. In addition, the school offers inclusion and special education programs to students with autism and hearing and visual impairments. Beacon Heights Elementary School also provides physical, occupational, speech and language therapies. The school has a parent-teacher association that supports the school through a volunteer program and contributes a range of materials and equipment to the school. Beacon Heights Elementary School is a part of the Salt Lake City School District.
