Independence Avenue Townhomes

Medallion Services is a privately owned intermediate care facility for the mentally and developmentally disabled elderly people. It offers a range of services, such as eating, bathing, dressing, tooth brushing, medication, money management and cooking for the personal growth and development of residential patients. It provides work training and instructions in various job duties, including cafeteria work, laundry and recycling services. Medallion Services staff includes various nursing and health care professionals, dieticians, social workers, and recreation, hearing and speech therapists. It also provides various recreational activities, such as outings, picnics, barbecues, races, Thanksgiving dinners and Medallion Services games. We have homes located in Provo, Payson, Springville, and Lehi.
