Established in 2017, Jamaica’s Kitchen is the first Jamaican food truck in Utah, founded by native-born Jamaican chef Donovan. With over 20 years of culinary experience, Chef Donovan infuses his dishes with a passion for Jamaican cooking that began when he was just 16 years old, mentored by a chef who sparked his love for the cuisine.
