John Smith, DO, completed his undergraduate work at Utah Valley University, majoring in basic sciences. He then attended Medical School at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, Texas. He then graduated from Family Practice Residency at Long Island Community Medical Center in Patchogue, New York.
