Marti is a Texas native who fell in love with Utah and has been here 30 years, James is a Utah boy who loves making the best smoked meat and together they are the main cooking team! We are a mom and pop business that makes Texas style BBQ! This fast casual dining at its best! Brisket, pulled pork, chicken, jalapeno cedder and polish sausage, homemade sides and desserts! Closed the first week of August.

Definitely the best BBQ around. It's been a challenge since moving to Utah from the east coast to find good BBQ but this hit the spot. The employees are super nice and happy to answer questions....

Never been a big fan of bbq food until I went to Lost Texans! Every time I've went the service, food, employees overall the environment is phenomenal! 10/10 recommend
