Fantastic Mexican food in Vernal. They have a senior menu as well. I had El Jefe and it was amazing. Perfect for paleo if you skip the rice and beans.

The service was so quick and the building is so big that you don't feel cramped. It was really nice and not stressful. The food was delicious. A new favorite restaurant in town.
