I LOVE Mint and I'm so happy there's a new location in Draper. This place never disappoints (minus last night when they were out of edamame)! I recommend the Apollo Roll and the Wagyu Crostini....

The 3rd Mint Ive been too. The fish is always great - high quality. Same with service. Went with the sashimi plate. My fave is the jalapeno hamachi app. Love the sauce. Nice big airy space.

not busy but great dining and service. sushi rolls excellent. get the "special" roll. the Chilean sea bass was beautifully presented and cooked. I definitely will return
