DEANN was extremely difficult towards my spouse and I when we went in to close our accounts. She repeatedly argued and stated she was giving us other options but we were moving so it didn't matter...

Think twice about banking with this one. Without going into too much detail, basically I had 6 charges on my account that wasn't my fault. They only helped me with 2 out of the 6. They didn't work...
