Katarina Waters, a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), is a provider for the Outpatient Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Clinic at the University of Utah Medical Center. She has worked in the field of rehabilitation since 2000 and provides rehabilitative care, primary care, and urgent care services to the spinal cord injury (SCI) and traumatic brain injury (TBI) population. Her specialties include comprehensive wound care management, bladder and bowel care management, spasticity and chronic pain management, erectile dysfunction, SCI fertility issues, as well as patient and family education.

Mesha Zeljkovic, PA-C, is a provider with the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Spine clinic. His primary practice is located at the University of Utah Orthopedic Center and the Craig H. Neilsen Rehabilitation Hospital . He works in close collaboration with Dr. Graham Wagner. His clinical interests include non-surgical management of acute and chronic neck and back symptoms, facet and disc-related pain, and degenerative conditions of the spine. Hugh Stoneburner, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia in 1984 and medical degree from Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University in 1988..
