Chanise Frandsen, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant practicing at Allergy Associates of Utah, which has two locations in Sandy and West Jordan, Utah. Chanise completed her undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Wellness. She then went on to complete a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, where she earned the Faculty Award for Clinical Excellence. She is a board-certified physician assistant through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
