Peacock Plaza

Opera House Square opened at Lagoon in 1968. The main attraction, an opera house that featured productions by the University of Utah players, has not been open to the public since 1989, but the square still offers outside dining for the Subway and Arby's restaurants located there.

Lagoon's oldest operating coaster first opened in 1921 and was designed by innovative roller coaster designer, John Miller.
