Best BBQ in Utah. Unfortunately it is take-out only on limited daily schedule from a food truck and the brisket tends to run out by 2pm. I have had no better BBQ outside of Texas or Kansas City.

Finally able to find time on a Friday early lunch. They're normally only open on Friday's from 10am to 2pm or when the food runs out. Have to watch facebook to see when they're going to be serving...

Credit where credit is due. This place has some of the very best BBQ I have ever had. I got the brisket, ribs, pulled pork, and burnt ends. I would recommend every single piece of meat they offer....

Amazing food. They say their platter meals will feed six but in reality probably closer to 10. Had their Christmas platter and it was amazing
