Richard W. Kendall

Abigail Beyeler is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner within the Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R). Her primary practice is located at the University of Utah Orthopaedic Center in close collaboration with Dr. Allison Glinka Przybysz and Dr. Zachary McCormick. She completed her graduate degree at The Ohio State University and is board-certified as a Family Nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Outside of work, Abby enjoys running, hiking, skiing, traveling and being outdoors with her husband and family.

Dr. Spiker treats conditions of the neck and back such as disk herniations, spinal stenosis, cervical myelopathy and deformities of the spine. He believes in the thoughtful use of new technologies, including minimally invasive surgery and image-guided techniques. As a Professor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Utah, he enjoys the benefits of working closely with non operative spine specialists and physical therapists to provide comprehensive care to his patients. Jill Erickson has worked with our Adult Reconstruction Surgeons since 1999, and with Christopher Peters, M.D. exclusively since 2003, with Joint Replacements as well as Hip Preservation procedures. She is an integral member of our University of Utah Center for Hip & Knee Reconstruction team and coordinates our research, surgical and clinical outcomes databases. She is a Nationally Certified Physician Assistant who joined the Department of Orthopaedics in 1999 after training at Gannon University in Erie Pennsylvania.
