Roosters Brewing Company is a full-service restaurant with locations in Ogden and Layton, Utah. It serves a variety of beer, seafood, pasta, steaks, pizzas, salads, soups and appetizers. Its beer varieties include Polygamy pale ale, Nut Brown, Junction City chocolate stout, Mai Bock, Holiday Rosemary Porter, Two-bit Amber Ale and German-style wheat beer. It offers an extensive catering menu that includes steamed vegetables, salmon, beef tenderloins, prime rib, chicken, salads, sandwiches, burgers, desserts, soft drinks, root beer, and iced tea and coffee. The restaurant maintains a party hall that can accommodate more than 50 people at a time.
