The Canyon Rim Care Center, a part of Avalon Health Care, is a more than 110-bed facility. Avalon Health Care is a privately held Utah holding company. It provides physical therapy and rehabilitative services through its ancillary service company, Brighton Rehabilitation. The team here is highly dedicated and caring. The recent transition to Alzheimers and dementia on the top floor is a welcome change!
