Despite the reviews, we came here to give our side-by-side a good washing. We had no problems what so ever!! It did take a second for it to switch between wash functions, but honestly it worked...

Got the $8 wash in the touchless bay, terrible. Looked at my bank and it charged me for the most expensive wash. The phone number is disconnected so suuuuppppper helpful. Boooooo! Never again.
