My husband took 15 nice new (Calvin Klein and Express) shirts to Timp Dry Cleaners. Out of the 15 shirts, 7 had multiple broken buttons and several wrinkles near the collar.

I took my new dress (worn three times) along with a few other items. Not only did they ruin my dress, they tried to hide it and make me pay for the dry cleaning. The manager would not call me back...
