Karla L. Miller, M.D., is associate professor in the Division of Rheumatology at the University of Utah--Department of Internal Medicine. She received her medical degree from the University of New Mexico-School of Medicine, and completed both her internal medicine residency and rheumatology fellowship training at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. She is a rheumatologist whose focus is the management of patients with glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis. Dr. Miller offers consultative services for osteoporosis management including bone density testing, interpretation, and clinical assessment, in addition to her general rheumatology practice.

Dr. Kevin Whitehead is an Associate Professor of Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of Utah, and Adjunct Associate Professor of Pediatric Cardiology at Primary Children's Medical Center.
