Horrible value, they charge too much for their equipment. Have horrible service and stick you in a contract as long as a car loan. Very shady company

Constant equipment issues and you have to pay $100 for a tech to come out. On line service can't ever fix the problem. Continual glitches with recording service and can't always go back to see...

I would never have any other system! Vivint is the best, expensive but you pay for what you get. Customer service is also super cool !!
