Our company was founded in 1959 by Jerry Baden as Baden's House of Trophies. It has had several names and owners since then, becoming Vermont Trophy & Engraving in 1974. It has for many years been considered the highest quality awards manufacturer in the region. In 1996 we - Steve & Margi Swett ' decided we'd like to try working together curious to see how our marriage and the business model we'd developed through careers in banking, non-profit and economic development would survive and perhaps even prosper. We've been very lucky on both counts! Our plan was to buy a value-added business and focus it on the B2B market by developing long-term partnerships with our clients. Our business model is to offer the finest engraving ' much of it with proprietary techniques - the most advanced technology handled by the most talented, dedicated staff in our industry.
