It offers various residential, case management, career counseling and nursing services. The program is approved by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, also known as CARF. The Community Access Program is administered by Community Care Network, which is a provider of community-based services in the State of Vermont. Community Care Network offers a variety of health, human, education, employment and rehabilitative services.
