Underhill Central School provides food, nursing, guidance counseling, and speech and language pathology services. The school maintains a library that has a collection of books and online resources. It operates a parent-teacher organization that serves as a resource for students, parents and staff members. Underhill Central School offers special education programs for students with learning disabilities. It is a part of the Chittenden East Supervisory Union.
