Came from out of state and stayed in a tent for 5 nights. Pros: close to the beach, the tent area is much quieter than the RV area, close to Burlington and I89 Cons: RV owners are very loud...

We stayed here for one night during Labor Day 2014... There were many tent sites left, but the RVs looked like they barely had room to open their awnings... Bathrooms don't have any vent fans, so...

Pass on this campground. Very tight sites (mostly permanent sites). Not well maintained. Office was small and kind of dirty.
