Husband had an infection. Front desk personnel were friendly and fast. Husband was treated in under an hour.

Nurse practitioner or not sure her title named christen or crystal was very rushed. Didn't feel like she really cared. All she cared about was swabbing me for covid/flu to bill me an extra $50...

they misdiagnosed me and then gave me the wrong medication for the misdiagnosis unbelievable never trust them with even a simple issue

I will not be returning to Alliance Xpress. My care was minimal. I never received a bill until I received something from a collection agency. I will spend the extra $45 to go to the emergency room...
