At Allegra Dental Center, Dr. Nana Dickson offers patients in and around Fairfax, VA, Annandale, VAand the surrounding Merrifield area with the general, cosmetic, and preventative dental treatments they need. Dr. Dickson works with patients of all ages and provides services such as family dentistry, preventive dental care, wisdom teeth extraction and oral surgery, root canal therapy, teeth whitening, the application of Invisalign, crowns, bridges, fillings, and veneers, and the installation and repair of dental implants.Dr. Dickson grew up in Montreal, Quebec, Vancouver, and British Columbia, Canada. She graduated from the University of Oregon Medical School Hospitals and Clinics in 2007 and went on to attend the Howard Universitys College of Medicine, where she completed her dental education in 2011. Dr. Dickson went on to complete an internship and a one-year General Practice Residency at St. Elizabeths Hospital in Washington, DC in 2012. She speaks both English and French.She opened her practice with the goal of creating a long-lasting, positive dental experience that each patient can carry with them in order to create the best dental habits. Dr. Dickson also understands that for many individuals going to the dentist can seem daunting and she works to help her patients feel comfortable and relaxed during any procedure. Dr. Dickson is devoted to helping her patients look and feel their best. She is dedicated to providing gentle and effective care to patients of all dental backgrounds. She also believes that excellent oral health starts with education and prevention. She has made it her mission to enlighten patients and encourage them to take more control over their own dental health.Dr. Dickson and the entire staff of Allegra Dental Center welcome all new patients of any age to the practice.
