Job Discovery, also known JDI, is a nonprofit, tax exempt, human services organization that offers a range of residential and vocational opportunities to adults with developmental disabilities throughout Virginia. The organization provides day support assistance and conducts mental retardation diagnostic services that include intermittent supervision, peer interaction training, role modeling, and social and vocational skills training. It also provides a variety of behavioral management plans. Job Discovery staffs employment specialists with various vocational backgrounds. The organization also offers various residential services, such as behavior and money management, therapeutic recreation and survival skills training.
