W. M. Schlosser Company has received several awards from the Washington Building Congress, has been listed in the Engineering News Record Top 400 General Contractors and was nominated for Best General Contractor of the Year for the Washington Metropolitan Subcontractors Association. Since its founding in 1962, W. M. Schlosser Company has provided services for renovation and new construction projects. Most of its projects are located throughout Maryland, the District of Columbia and Virginia, but the company has worked in New Jersey and North Carolina. W.M.
