This location is fairly large and clean with plenty of parking and a big drive through. I found it rather easily as its close to the intersections if tidewater drive and little creek in Norfolk....

Somehow doesn't understand what an escrow account is, and refuses to open one, despite proper paperwork. This is gross incompetence.

The customer service here is terrible. Honestly, I would not recommend using BofA in general. But good luck.

It's a bank. One goes in, makes a deposit or withdrawal, chat with a financial rep if necessary and then leave. The clerks are friendly and efficient and not too chatty. Nice to have two drive up...
