Melco Marketing has been producing personalized calendar pads for the real estate industry since 1977. In the beginning, real estate agents in Washington, D.C. used the calendar as a marketing tool to keep their name in front of prospective clients throughout the year. As the number of agents increased, so did the business, and soon the calendar pad was being used up and down the East Coast and eventually throughout the nation.
