You literally can't get them to answer the phone whatsoever. Even hit the "0" for if i felt my pet was having a medical emergency, and still got sent to voicemail during operating hours.

This place is a joke. I had a litter of puppies and they treated me like trash because I was going to give the vaccines myself. I guess its against the law to vaccinate your puppies yourself here...
