Colonial Blinds and Shutters started in the Hampton Roads area in January of 2013 but, the owner, Parrish Martin has been in the window covering industry for over 17 years. Parrish began in Pensacola,Fl with his business which covered the beachfront areas between Panama City,Fl and Mobile,Al. with 2 locations - one in Pensacola and another in Destin,Fl. After visiting the Hampton Roads area several times, he and his family chose to escape the Florida heat and enjoy the changing seasons and rich history of the area. With over 17 years of experience behind him, Parrish is confident in the ability to tackle any window covering need or issue anyone may have.
