Established in 1950, The Williams Home is a nonprofit retirement community that serves more than 35 women aged 55 and above. Located in Lynchburg, Va., the agency s facility features private rooms, guest accommodations and an on-site beauty salon. It offers transportation, nutritional food, medication management and 24-hour skilled nursing care services. The Williams Home also organizes various cultural, social and recreational activities. The agency provides personal laundry, weekly housekeeping and linen services. In addition, it operates an Assisted Living facility that occupies more than 6,000 square feet of space. The facility features a reception area, nurses' station and treatment room.
