Dr Pranee C White, DDS

Dr. Robert Tart, General Dentist at Midlothian Dental Center, specializes in dental implants, crowns and bridges, cosmetic dentistry and pre-prosthetic surgery and grafting, as well as IV and oral sedation. He is certified in IV and oral sedation. Originally from Florida, Dr. Tart moved to Kentucky to attend the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, and later to Richmond to complete his residency at Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Hospital. Dr. Tart discovered dentistry after having cosmetic work done when he was a finance student. After that experience, he knew becoming a dentist would allow him to do the two things he enjoys most, working with his hands and connecting with people.
